1. DELIVERY NOTIFICACION
Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment and the shipping company used so that you can follow up at all times.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in the product page. Orders that include several items will be made in a single shipment and the delivery time will belong to the article with a longer delivery time.
Please note that all orders received after 13pm will be processed the next business day, at which time the expected delivery time will begin.
3. DELIVERY TIME SCALES
Delivery times vary according to the place of destination. Delivery time from populations in remote rural towns and islands may delay from the standards quoted below*:
Spain (Peninsula): 24-72h
France / Germany / Italy / Belgium / Austria / Netherlands / Portugal: 3-6 days
United Kingdom / Ireland / Switzerland / Norway / Sweden / Finland /: 4-7 days
We can not guarantee these delivery times, especially in the Christmas, although we try to ensure that the transport companies fulfill them whenever possible.

Orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union can be affected by customs and this could imply the payment of custom duties, which are on your end.
However, the percentage of deliveries controlled by customs is very low but we think our clients must be aware of it.
5. SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free for all the orders to Spain Peninsula from 100€ onwards. Shipments to the European Union are free from 200€ onwards. Contact us if you want to know the shipping cost of your country.
You will be able to see the cost of shipment of your order before ending the payment by the automatic calculation of our server.
6. CLAIMS ON RECEPTION
The customer will have up to 24 hours as of the reception of the order to check the products have been received properly. After these 24 hours no claims will be accepted for flaws or failures with the shipment.
An order will be considered as delivered when the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours that the customer must verify the status of the products and expose all objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport, please proceed to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to file a claim with the shipping company. Moreover, it is advisable to report to the carrier about the damage when the package is delivered.
All orders that have been made within the European Union are charged with VAT. For orders outside the European Union, VAT can be refunded once the order has been processed. You just need to contact us and the refund of the VAT will be done without any problem.
